The hotel was ideally located in the urban center of the city, making it perfect for accessing the LRT and Stampede grounds. The rooms were situated between two bedrooms of another team, which was not ideal, and the A/C system was challenging to control, causing discomfort. Despite these drawbacks, the service was exceptional, with staff addressing our needs immediately and going out of their way to fulfill special requests. The dining experience was a bit pricey, with limited choices in the buffet, but the homemade products were a nice touch. Overall, a convenient location with friendly service, albeit with room for improvement in the room setup and dining prices.
I chose this hotel for the pool and location, and I was not disappointed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent bed and linens. The service went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even touching our hearts with a special gesture. The location was superb for my visit, although a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was fantastic, especially with the newly decorated restaurant. Overall, a great place to stay!

The dining experience was mixed, with delicious options like steel-cut oatmeal but slow service. The facilities were well-equipped.
